By submitting a service request through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided
Grave Expectations provides gravesite care services including, but not limited to, headstone cleaning, maintenance, flower placement, video visitations and photo/video updates.
2. Scheduling & Service Completion
Services will be scheduled as soon as reasonably possible. Completion times may vary due to weather conditions, cemetery regulations, cemetery permissions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to complete services in a timely manner.
3. Access & Authorization
By submitting a request, you confirm that you have the authority to request services for the specified gravesite and that access to the cemetery is permitted.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Payment may be made via electronic invoice, online payment link, or other approved payment methods.
5. Service Limitations
While we use safe and professional cleaning methods, certain staining, discoloration, or aging of materials may not be fully reversible depending on the condition, age, or material of the headstone.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Grave Expectations is not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural instability, or deterioration of headstones or surrounding areas. We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to cemetery restrictions, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
If a service cannot be completed, a reschedule or refund may be offered at our discretion. Once services are completed, refunds are not guaranteed.
8. Photo & Media Use Consent
By accepting these terms, you grant Grave Expectations permission to take photographs and/or videos of the gravesite and headstone for documentation, educational, and marketing purposes. These images may be used on social media, websites, advertisements, or other promotional materials. No personal contact information will be shared.
9. Communication Consent
By submitting this form, you agree to receive communications from Grave Expectations regarding your request via email, phone, and/or text message. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance.
10. Changes to Terms
Grave Expectations reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
